The new Act on the FSDN will enter into force 14 days after its announcement.
At the same time, the Act of 29 November 2000 on the collection and use of accountancy data from agricultural holdings will expire (Journal of Laws 2001 no. 3, item 20 as amended, i.e. Dz.U. 2021 poz. 1215).
