24/04/2024On 23.04.2024, at the headquarters of the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute in Warsaw, annual training and organizational workshops were held, organized by the Polish FADN Liaison Agency. The participants of the workshop were directors and chief accountants of 16 voivodeship Agricultural Advisory Centers and coordinators of Polish FADN Accounting Offices. The meeting was also attended by a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development – Deputy Director Aleksandra Szelągowska, Director of Institute – IAFE–NRI Professor PhD Marek Wigier as well as auditors and employees of the Agricultural Holdings Accountancy Department.
During the workshop, papers on, among other things, financing of agriculture in 2024 yr and the economic results of Polish FADN farms were presented. The meeting was also an opportunity to discuss the macroeconomic conditions of agricultural development and challenges related to the implementation of the Polish FSDN system.
