We are saddened to inform about passing of Lech Goraj on 5th July 2021. Dr. Eng. Lech Goraj was a long-standing and distinguished employee of the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute (IAFE-NRI) in Warsaw, the head of the Agricultural Accountancy Department, the founder of the Polish FADN. He will be remembered as an outstanding and appreciated expert in the field of agricultural economics in Poland and Europe. Countryside and agriculture have always lied at his heart.
We say goodbye to a wonderful scientist, kind teacher and, above all, a cordial friend who will live on in our memories forever.
