European Agricultural Forum 2026

On April 1–2, 2026, the European Agricultural Forum 2026 took place in Jasionka near Rzeszów — one of the most important events in Europe’s agri-food sector. The forum served as a platform for debate on the most significant challenges facing modern agriculture, including sustainable development, environmental protection, innovation, and the future of the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy.

Representatives of IAFE-NRI also attended the event, including Director Marek Wigier; Zbigniew FloriaÅ„czyk – the Director’s Plenipotentiary for FSDN, MichaÅ‚ Soliwoda, Karol SoÅ‚ek, Beata Malanowska, Ewa Sierakowska and Krzysztof Kossakowski.

For many years, the European Agricultural Forum has brought together farmers, advisors, producers and processors, public administration representatives, scientists, and industry organisations. This year’s programme included debates and discussion panels devoted to the most important issues for Polish and European agriculture.

An integral part of the event was the exhibition area, where modern technologies and solutions that support the efficiency and competitiveness of the agri-food sector were presented. The Forum provided an important opportunity to exchange experiences, present best practices, and discuss the future direction of agriculture in Poland and Europe.
