On 1 July 2013 PhD Zbigniew Floriańczyk was nominated as the head of Agricultural Accountancy Department by the director of the IAFE-NRI prof. Andrzej Kowalski. The nomination was preceded by the favorable opinion of the Scientific Council of IAFE-NRI. At the same time Mr Floriańczyk became Director’s Plenipotentiary for FADN.
