Training Workshops for Agricultural Advisors of the Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Centre within the Polish FSDN System

On 9, 11 and 12 March 2026, three days of training workshops were held at the headquarters of the Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Centre in Lubań and at the branch in Stare Pole. The workshops were dedicated to advisors implementing tasks within the Polish FSDN system and were led by Paweł Kaźmierczak, Polish FSDN Auditor.

The session organised on 9 March was addressed to newly appointed advisors who began agricultural accounting in farms participating in the FSDN system at the beginning of 2025. The training covered the organisational principles of the system and the rules for recording events in the FSDN Books. Particular attention was paid to the accuracy and consistency of entries, as well as the most common issues encountered and best practices for collecting FSDN data.

The subsequent training workshops, held on 11 March in Lubań and 12 March in Stare Pole, were intended for agricultural advisors already experienced in FSDN accounting. Their aim was to discuss selected methodological notes and organisational aspects of the Polish FSDN system, with an emphasis on the key responsibilities of advisors working within the Polish FSDN. The practical component of the workshop involved an analysis of entries in the RDR system (the Accounting Data Recording System) in the context of closing the FSDN Books for 2025.

The workshops served both an informative and a training purpose, contributing to the enhancement of the advisors’ competences. These advisors play a crucial role in ensuring the collection of reliable data for the Polish FSDN system.
