04/12/2013On the 3rd of December Agricultural Accountancy Department transferred set of 11 114 FADN farm returns onto European Commissions’ RICA-1 server. In 2012 accounting year Polish sample was reduced from 12 100 returning holdings defined in the 1291/2009 Commission Regulation. Reason for declining in number of returning holdings were budget limitations.
