On 10.04.2025, a seminar entitled “Changes in keeping accounting books according to the new rules in the FSDN system” was held in GietrzwaÅ‚d. The event was organized by the Warmia and Mazury Agricultural Advisory Center (W-MODR) based in Olsztyn. The meeting was attended by the director and employees of W-MODR, advisors for the Polish FSDN from the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and representatives of the Polish FSDN.
The meeting was aimed at discussing the transformation, which from 2025 changes the 20-year-old agricultural accounting system FADN (Farm Accountancy Data Network) into the Farm Sustainability Data Network (FSDN).
The speakers during the seminar were employees of the Polish FSDN, from the Agricultural Holdings Accountancy Department at IAFE-NRI: Monika Juchniewicz, Deputy Head of the Department, discussed: obligations resulting from the EU implementing regulation, principles of the Polish FSDN operation in the light of the national law and changes in data collection forms for 2025. Rafał Tarasiuk presented the principles of data collection in the RDR system (Accounting Data Recording System), including planned changes and challenges related to the selection of farms for research in the context of changes in the FADN/FSDN field of observation.
