On 3–4 October 2026, the 21st Podkarpackie Autumn Gardening Fair took place at the Podkarpackie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Boguchwała (PODR). The event was accompanied by the Podkarpackie Wine Harvest Festival, the National Rabbit Exhibition, and the Regional Exhibition and Auction of Cold-Blooded Stallions.
On Sunday, 4 October, the event was attended by a representative of IAFE–NRI, Karol Sołek, PhD Eng., a Polish FSDN Auditor, who conducted information and promotional activities at the Podkarpackie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Boguchwała stand. Discussions with farmers, gardeners, and advisors provided an opportunity to present the objectives of the Polish FSDN (Farm Sustainability Data Network) and to discuss the importance of the data collected within the system for decision-making at farm level and for agricultural policy development.
Participation in the fair enabled direct contact with representatives of the local agricultural community and contributed to increasing awareness of the Polish FSDN among people involved in agriculture and rural development.
The programme included nursery plant fairs, tastings of juices and wines from local vineyards, exhibitions of agricultural produce, and presentations by horticultural and wine companies. The event also featured artistic and educational activities for children and adults, combining agricultural themes with local traditions and culture.
More information about the event is available on the website of the Podkarpackie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Boguchwała.
