21/05/2026On 20 May 2026, a meeting of the National Committee for the Farm Sustainability Data Network (FSDN) was held at the Department of Agricultural Holdings Accountancy of the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute (IAFE–NRI).
The meeting was attended by members of the Committee, including representatives of the Polish FSDN, the National Council of Agricultural Chambers, and representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, the Ministry of Climate and Environment, and the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
During the meeting, the implementation of the plan for selecting a sample of agricultural holdings for the Polish FSDN for 2026 was discussed, data on agricultural holding incomes in the Polish FADN for 2024 were presented, and current issues related to the functioning of the FSDN were also addressed.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange information on the further development of the FSDN system, which is a continuation of the existing FADN system and enables broader monitoring and analysis of the economic, environmental and social performance of agricultural holdings in Poland.
