FSDN at a meeting with agricultural advisors

On 11–12.12.2025, a training for agricultural advisors of the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Centre (ŚODR) took place at the Przedwiośnie Hotel in Masłowo near Kielce. The event was attended by the Director of the Centre, coordinators and advisors for the Polish FSDN from the Silesian Voivodeship, a representative of the The Polish Rural Network +  (PRN+) and representatives of the Polish FSDN from the IAFE-NRI Agricultural Holdings Accountancy Department.
One of the main points of the programme were the speeches of the representatives of the Polish FSDN. Zbigniew FloriaÅ„czyk, Head of the Agricultural Holdings Accountancy Department at IAFE-NRI, presented the topic “From FADN to FSDN – directions of network development”, discussing the key assumptions of the transformation and the prospects for developing the Farm Sustainability Data Network at the level of agricultural holding sustainability. Karol SoÅ‚ek, FSDN Auditor, explained the specifics of controls within the Polish FSDN system, emphasising the importance of data quality. Oskar Juchnik, the coordinator of the Polish FSDN at the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Centre (ÅšODR), discussed organisational issues related to the implementation of FSDN-related tasks in the field.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss current tasks and challenges facing the ÅšODR in the context of developing agricultural advisory services and the Polish FSDN. It also enabled participants to exchange experiences and discuss ways to further improve activities, thereby strengthening the quality of agricultural advisory services in the region.
