10/06/2025On 10.05.2025, the European Committee for FSDN (Farm Sustainability Data Network), met in Brussels at the European Commission premises. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Member States’ FSDN Liaison Agencies.
The meeting discussed, among other things, changes to the draft Commission Implementing Regulation laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009, establishing the Farm Sustainability Data Network. This regulation is to apply from 2026.
After the Committee’s meeting, GREX working group took place, where current issues related to the functioning of the FSDN in the European Union were discussed. It included a working document containing detailed guidelines for data collection for 2025, a draft tool for determining greenhouse gas emissions based on FSDN data and issues related to the system of incentives for farmers in selected EU Member States.
