17/04/2025On 17.04.2025, at the headquarters of the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute in Warsaw, annual training and organizational workshop were held, organized by the Polish FADN/FSDN Liaison Agency.
The participants of the workshop were directors and chief accountants of 16 voivodeship Agricultural Advisory Centers and coordinators of Polish FSDN Accounting Offices as well as representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, including a Deputy Director of the Budget Department Aleksandra Szelągowska. Attendees included the Director of the Institute – IAFE–NRI Marek Wigier, auditors and employees of the Agricultural Holdings Accountancy Department IAFE–NRI.
During the workshop, the current challenges for Polish agriculture in the context of the national and international situation, issues related to the financing of agriculture in 2025 and the economic results of the farms participating in the Polish FADN system were discussed. The programme for the implementation of the Polish FADN/FSDN task for the current year was also presented.
The meeting provided the opportunity to share experiences and to discuss actual tasks performed together with the Agricultural Advisory Centres in the context of the entry into force of the FSDN Act, with its new obligations and challenges for all participants in the system as of 2025.
